Properties that have been affected by a water event, such as a burst pipe, sewage overflow or leaking tap require immediate attention to mitigate damage to the property.

Our highly trained team of technicians will:

• Extract excess water (if required)
• Take moisture readings
• Lift any carpet and remove underlay (if required)
• Position furnishings to allow structural drying
• Apply anti-microbial to suppress the growth of bacteria
• Install drying equipment (air mover and dehumidifiers) to remove excess moisture from carpets, sub-floors and walls)

Inspections will be required to monitor the moisture levels within the carpets, sub-floors and walls.

Once a dry standard has been reached, the drying equipment will be removed in preparation for a relay and clean of the carpets if deemed restorable and if not previously removed.

On completion of the job, our technician will:

• Sanitise, deodorise, steam clean and relay carpets (if required)
• Complete a hard floor clean (if required)
